Example #2 Larger Unit Purchase Price: $560,000 Down Payment: 5% (Conventional Loan) Loan Amount: $532,000 Loan Type: 30-Year Fixed Using the same seller-paid buydown structure, the buyer's starting rate in Year 1 would also be approximately 4.25%, resulting in an estimated monthly payment of about $3,182.29 including principal, interest, taxes, insurance, and HOA.
