Quick! Make a wish!! Does it go something like this? I wish there was new inventory on the market. Something that is truly move-in ready with open space, tons of natural light, an eat-in kitchen that a chef would be proud of one with quartz counters, stainless appliances, gleaming cabinets to hold all of my cook & bakeware & all the pantry items I can load up on and plenty of prep& counter space too. I wish it could have a custom backsplash, a professional depth stainless sink, a bay window for my year-round basil & thyme. I wish we could find an open plan kitchen with an adjoining family room that can hold all of us and then some. One with skylights, a high vaulted ceiling & glass doors out to the yard that I dream about the one that is really big & flat, fully fenced & made for play, sun & fun. I wish it had a hot tub & a fire pit & one of those resort-style bars for outdoor entertaining. I also wish for a true dining room for wonderful meals & gatherings. I wish we could finally find a house with main level bedrooms & baths that can hold us, our guests & maybe that au-pair we talk about to help us out. Ductless air conditioning would be great too. Oh and I wish that we could find a really big bedroom for our king sized bed and furniture & still have space for a great walk-in closet. A spa-like bathroom too with double sinks, plenty of vanity space & storage & a shower that looks like it's in a magazine is this too much to wish for? A clean & useful basement would be on the list too. It would have a workshop, tons of storage, places & spaces to use the way we wish to .and oh! I wish we had enough driveway space to put all of our cars & that truck you are hoping for. Am I wishing for too much? Are we dreaming? Pinch yourselves! Dreams come true! Here is your wish 24 (Fredric) in '24! WISH GRANTED!
