NEW SELLER INCENTIVE! Seller is offering up to $5,000 toward buyer closing costs with an acceptable offer. Immaculate and beautifully upgraded, this exceptional end-unit townhome is ideally positioned across from a neighborhood park, with open space directly behind the property and mountain views in multiple directions. Offering privacy, a wonderful setting, thoughtful updates, and authentic Southwest character, this Rancho Viejo home is truly move-in ready! The setting is one of the home's greatest features. Enjoy green-grass park views toward the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the front of the property, while open space directly behind the home provides additional privacy, southern exposure, views toward the Ortiz Mountains, and spectacular New Mexico sunsets. A spacious, thoughtfully xeriscaped front courtyard creates an inviting outdoor retreat—perfect for morning coffee, entertaining, or dining al fresco. Inside, new laminate wood flooring throughout creates a clean, contemporary feel, while updated light fixtures add a fresh modern touch. Several new windows and updated appliances complement the home's many improvements. Vigas, wood ceilings, and a striking kiva fireplace bring warmth and authentic Southwest character to the living spaces. The main level features a dedicated office and powder room, adding both flexibility and functionality. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite captures abundant natural light and beautiful views toward the Ortiz and Sandia Mountains. Exterior maintenance, including the roof, deck, and stucco, is the responsibility of the HOA and is included in the HOA fees, offering homeowners added convenience and peace of mind. Rancho Viejo is one of Santa Fe's most desirable planned communities, with more than 50% of its land dedicated to open space, numerous neighborhood parks, and over 15 miles of paved walking trails. Sensible covenants help preserve property values, while shopping, dining, and everyday amenities are just minutes away.
